The Yale laptop safety storage box is designed to protect laptops and other high value electronics. It has 16mm electronically motorized locking bolts and 6 lever double bitted manual override lock. The safe has a laser cut door with a reinforced hinge and a mounted opening spring. The digital keypad contains bot numbers and letters for a more secure password thereby allowing up to 100 000 possible pin combinations. It has a resettable 3 to 8 digit user-code lock with a low battery warning feature. After 3 failed attempts, the safe goes into lock mode and can only be opened after a cool down period. Soft felt carpet prevents scuffing of items stored. The safe itself is made from 2mm thick steel and the door is made from 3mm thick steel. Pre-drilled holes allow for either wall or floor mounting. Supplied with 2 manual override keys and 4 x AA batteries.
