The Union 2215 silent latch Sash case features a galvanised steel case and a brass deadbolt which is operated by a cylinder from both sides. It has a latch that is withdrawn from sides by either a lever handle or by turning the cylinder. This latch bolt can be reversed therefore making the lock suitable for either left or right handed doors.
