The Fortis Labeled Lockout Hasp is a combination lockout tag and safety lockout hasp. This device allows a single employee to lock out a piece of equipment and begin servicing it. Up to five additional padlocks can be secured to assist in the servicing operation. Made from tough 5052 anodised aluminium alloy for combined corrosion-resistance and strength.
